How Japanese investors are looking at Poland.

KPMG Transaction Service in cooperation with Embassy of Japan in Poland, Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tokyo,  Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Poland and Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency developed a report about Poland’s position  as a business partner for Japan. The report contains practical advice for foreign investors who are planning to enter the Polish market as well as those who are already operating in Poland with the intention of further development.

The report underlined the importance of Poland on the international arena. Poland’s position became more stronger when former Prime Minister Donald Tusk was elected as the Chairman of the European Council in August 2014. Relations between Japan and Poland have been strengthened after several political visits, including the visit of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in 2013. The growth of economic relations is a result of 300 Japanese companies actively operating in Poland.
